Antibody conjugation
A simplified, stable labelling chemistry anchors the antibody to the particle surface without collapsing the particle or burying its binding site.
Promax Bioscience builds antibody-conjugated lipid nanoparticles that carry RNA instructions to pathological cells in situ — turning systemic dosing into precise, programmable therapy.
Promax Bioscience is a biopharmaceutical company developing antibody-conjugated LNP-RNA medicines. Our work addresses the central limitation of genetic medicine: an RNA instruction is easy to write, and very hard to place.
By anchoring antibodies to the surface of lipid nanoparticles, we redirect RNA payloads away from default clearance organs and toward the cells that actually drive disease. The payload then does what RNA does best — it reprograms the cell in place.

Backbone across the pipeline
One Ab-LNP platform
The platform is deliberately modular: the antibody decides the destination, the payload decides the effect, and the process stays the same.
A simplified, stable labelling chemistry anchors the antibody to the particle surface without collapsing the particle or burying its binding site.
A tuned universal protein corona suppresses unproductive clearance and keeps the targeting antibody available to its receptor in circulation.
mRNA or sgRNA payloads rewrite the behaviour of pathological cells where they live — tumour cells, foam cells, fibroblasts, modulated smooth muscle cells.
A six-layer system connects instruments, data, decisions and quality into one traceable loop, so every experiment compounds.
Three lead programs across cardiovascular, oncology and aging. Each runs on the same Ab-LNP backbone, configured to target a different cell population.

Program
Program stages are internal development estimates and are updated as programs advance.
Lipid nanoparticles naturally accumulate in the liver and spleen. The antibody is what sets the target. Our conjugation chemistry, corona control and modular process design exist to make that redirection reproducible — and manufacturable.
Targeting replaces escalation. Lower systemic exposure, higher local instruction, and a safety margin that does not depend on volume.
One backbone, many antibodies. Assets share processes, analytics and production lines, so a new target is a configuration — not a new factory.
Every experiment is captured in a structured AI layer. Decisions accumulate as institutional memory instead of resetting with each program.
In-situ programming of tumour and immune cells to produce therapeutic proteins inside the lesion.
Targeting the modulated cell populations that drive plaque formation and metabolic dysfunction.
Local immune instruction at mucosal surfaces, including prevention-and-treatment formats.
Delivery strategies for tissue repair where cell replacement is not accessible.
We work with academic groups, biotech partners and manufacturers on antibody selection, payload design and process transfer.
