Promax Bioscience today reported completion of platform-level validation for its Ab-LNP_mRNA in-situ cell engineering platform.
The validation covered the conjugation chemistry, protein corona control and analytical release framework. Data from internal studies indicate that the simplified stable labelling process maintains particle size distribution and encapsulation efficiency while preserving antibody binding after formulation and storage.
With platform validation complete, the company is advancing lead programs HYLG-B1002 in atherosclerosis and HYLG-B1004 in colorectal cancer toward candidate selection.
