Pipeline

A pipeline built on one backbone.

Three lead programs and a set of discovery-stage targets, all running on the Ab-LNP platform. Our selection logic is simple: choose diseases where the pathological cell is identifiable, accessible and worth reprogramming.

Discovery

Pipeline information summarises internal development status and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a clinical claim, an offer, or medical advice. Stages are updated as programs advance.

Selection logic

How a target earns a program.

01

An identifiable cell

The pathological population must be distinguishable from healthy tissue by a surface marker we can conjugate to.

02

A payload with a point

The instruction must change the cell in a way that alters disease course — not merely mark it.

03

A safety story that starts local

If the mechanism depends on systemic exposure to be safe, it is the wrong mechanism for this platform.

04

A process that transfers

If it cannot be manufactured on the existing backbone, it becomes a new company rather than a new program.
