Fit
The right mechanism for the right patient — not the most advanced mechanism applied to everyone. Our name carries the idea: medicine is not bound to a fixed formula, it is used as it fits.
Promax Bioscience was founded in 2023 to solve one problem well: placing an RNA instruction in the cell that causes disease, safely and at scale.
The founding team came from discovery, CMC and clinical operations across Chinese and international biopharma. What they had in common was a repeated experience: genetic medicines that worked in principle and stalled in delivery.
Promax was established in Linyi, Shandong, to take on that bottleneck directly. Rather than building another payload platform, the company focused on the interface — the chemistry that attaches a targeting antibody to a lipid nanoparticle and keeps it intact through formulation, storage and dosing.
That focus produced the Ab-LNP platform: a simplified, stable labelling process, an engineered protein corona, and a modular architecture that lets a new antibody reuse an existing process. Around it, the company built the analytical, AI and manufacturing systems needed to make the platform repeatable.
“Make precision delivery the default, so that a genetic medicine is defined by the cell it reaches.”
The right mechanism for the right patient — not the most advanced mechanism applied to everyone. Our name carries the idea: medicine is not bound to a fixed formula, it is used as it fits.
Specificity is the product. Every design decision is judged by whether it narrows the distance between dose and target cell.
A platform is only real if it transfers. We value processes that can be repeated over results that can only be reproduced by their inventor.
We are building a decade-long pipeline on a foundation we intend to keep. Patents, data and people are treated as long-lived assets.
Our development plan moves from platform protection, to payload expansion, to clinical programs. Timelines are internal planning targets and may shift with data.
